Shipping & Returns


Shipping is based on weight and destination. 

We ship USPS & UPS at our discretion.  The customer will receive tracking information when the order is packaged and shipped.

At this time we do not offer express shipping. If you need your order shipped faster than standard delivery, please contact us.

All orders placed late Friday and on the weekends typically are processed and shipped the following Monday. Holidays that fall on any of these days may affect shipping dates.

All orders are shipped with tracking service. Customers can track your packages at



All apparel must have the original tags still attached .
Refund will be for products only, no refunds on shipping.

Shoes and boots must be returned in their original box, and the box can not be used as the shipping container. No writing or labels on the box. Some items are not eligible for returns.



Eligible returns must returned in store within 30 days of purchase.



Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way. 



Clearance item sales are final and cannot be returned. Shoes or boots returned using the shoe or boot box as a shipping container are not permitted.



If you received a defective item you must notify us by email within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to replace the item.



Refund to the original form of payment will be issued.

Be sure to include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item, mark the item you are returning on the packing slip and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

  • Name

  • E-Mail

  • Order number

  • Item(s) description

  • Reason for return

If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
